2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and/or an onsite assessment.
Prices may change if additional work is required or if conditions differ from initial descriptions.
Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Emergency or hazardous situations may involve higher rates.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointment times are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.
Weather delays may shift scheduling without penalty.
Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding tree size, location, hazards, and access.
Ensure clear access for equipment and crews.
Secure pets, vehicles, or obstacles before services begin.
Obtain any required permits (unless otherwise arranged).

We are not responsible for issues that arise from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Property Damage & Liability

We take great care to avoid damage. However:

Minor lawn marks or disturbance may occur due to equipment. This is considered normal and not treated as damage.
We are not responsible for underground utilities, pipes, sprinkler systems, or hidden hazards unless clearly marked.
The customer is responsible for notifying us of underground risks.

FTree Removal Services carries appropriate insurance, and any major damage claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, Zelle, or bank transfer depending on location and team availability.
Late payments may incur additional fees.

7. No Warranty or Guarantees

We strive for professional results, but we do not guarantee:

Tree survival after trimming
Prevention of future damage
Exact outcomes affected by weather, disease, pests, or environmental conditions

Services are provided “as-is” and “as available.”

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree that you will not:
