FTree Removal Services strives to deliver high-quality tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and related services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how disputes are handled.
1. General Policy
Because our services involve labor, equipment, and time spent on-site, all completed services are non-refundable.
However, we will always work with customers to correct any legitimate concerns about quality or incomplete work.
2. Deposits
Some jobs may require a deposit to secure your appointment or cover upfront costs.

Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where FTree Removal Services cancels the job and the customer chooses not to reschedule.

If the customer cancels after scheduling, the deposit may be forfeited.
3. Cancellations Before Service
Customers may cancel without penalty if:

They provide at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled service time.

No equipment or crew has already been dispatched to the location.
If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the service provided:

You must notify us within 24 hours of completion.

We will inspect the work and determine whether a corrective visit is appropriate.

Refunds are not automatically granted but may be considered in rare situations where services were not delivered as agreed.
Our primary solution is to correct or complete the work, not to issue monetary refunds.
5. Weather-Related Delays
Tree services often depend on weather conditions.

If weather forces a delay, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.

Deposits are not refundable due to weather but will apply to the rescheduled service.
6. Inability to Perform Service
If we arrive on-site and cannot safely complete the work due to:

Unreported hazards

Blocked access
-
Unsafe conditions
-
Incorrect information provided
The customer may still be responsible for a trip charge or partial payment for time and travel.
7. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:

It will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
